Very helpful

Felt quite heavy and very low when I came home, possibly because of the range of heavy topics we discussed. It has taken me the whole evening to shift it. The 2 hrs was not what I expected. I hoped that it would incorporate something other than just EFT. It did say Somatic exercise, CBT on the actual offer. Maybe I was expecting too much for the first time. I am just being honest. Sophie is compassionate and caring and very easy company to be around.

I can't thank Sophie enough for helping me recover myself. I will continue on my journey, and know that I will regain the person I was, and should have been. Thank you my friend 🧡
