The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

Brilliant as always!! Such a personalised service given from Suzie and her team, a polar opposite to the other salons in the Ipswich area where you are just a faceless number taking an appointment. You can tell that they really care.

I've been using Image Salon ever since I moved to Ipswich almost 15 years ago and I am never disappointed. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional. And the quality of their treatments is always high.

So happy to have found Image Salon in Ipswich . They are all highly professional and specialist l feel very safe in Sue & Naomi’s hands. And the treatment is working! They have a lovely LED light treatment room (my favourite spot the “snooze room” I call it 😅 LED has a sleeping effect on me, Sue and the ladies are very lovely , gorgeous ,caring women I highly recommend.

I had a toning treatment with Sylvia at image Ipswich today. I found Sylvia to be a caring and very professional therapist. She explained each stage of my treatment. Which I found very reassuring and informative.

Fabulous as always! Would recommend anyone with sparse eyebrows to have them microbladed by Suzie - a true professional.

I had my first appointment today at the salon for a derma plan treatment. I enjoyed the whole experience leaving feeling relaxed and happy with how my skin looks and feels. Whilst I was there we spoke about my eyebrows being quite sparce where they have been over plucked years ago, Suzie drew me in some eyebrows to show me how the could look thicker and I am very pleased with how they look. We spoke about have microblading for my brows in the new year and she even sent me an offer for this. Very happy thank you.

Sylwia was friendly and accommodating throughout, and left me feeling very relaxed by the end of my appointment. The only small point to note was the Amazon Alexa in the room played ads every 20-30 minutes, which cuts into the atmosphere a bit. Easy fix though with a paid Amazon Music or Spotify account and didn’t detract from Sylwia’s excellent work - I feel like a piece of cooked spaghetti!
