Amazing experience with Caroline at Green Ivy Skin and Spa. I had the Dermapen 4 treatment and Caroline made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease during the whole process. The salon is beautiful and Caroline is very professional. I would definitely recommend both the Dermapen treatment and any other with Caroline. Thank you so much!

I feel really lucky to have found Nicole. I booked Indian Head Massage online, and had my appointment today. Nicole is totally professional, warm and welcoming. The space is a little oasis. Immaculate, with thoughtful touches to make the treatment stand out: though it stands out on its own. Perfect pressure, attention to detail and thorough. I felt incredibly relaxed, and still do. She's amazing, and I'll become a regular visitor ✨

I had the most wonderful Indian head massage with Nicole. She was absolutely lovely, made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away. The treatment itself was amazing! so relaxing and full of attention to detail. Her salon is a beautiful little sanctuary, easy to find with good parking, and her communication was excellent throughout. I left feeling so calm, cared for, and will definitely be returning! Caroline was very attentive, checked in on me throughout the massage regarding pressure and temperature of the bed. Loved her techniques. The chocolate body oil was simply divine and left me with smooth, super soft skin long after the treatment. I also loved her little studio, you step in and you're instantly transported to a spa with the way it's heated and fragranced, also spotlessly clean. Booking my next treatment with Caroline ASAP!

Hi my pedicure was great, but unfortunately I have somehow gotten blisters on the bottom of both feet , im guessing from the rollers in the foot spa, apart from that it was good, can I suggest having a look at the rollers in the foot spa thanks

Nicole is very friendly and professional. I loved the Cozy retreat vibe. It was my first visit, I had a luxury pedicure, it was pure bliss. The choice of colours, foot spa, treatment and pedicure was first class. I would highly recommend Nicole - Cozy retreat. I can’t wait for my next foot spa! Thank you.

Nicole does a fantastic massage. I had a 30 minute deep tissue back massage and a 30 minute scalp massage. Being a massage therapist myself, I am a little bit picky with the kind of massage I like, but Nicole does it just right ✨ Not only that, she’s a lovely person. She gives off calm relaxing vibes which is what you need. I’ve booked another two treatments already!

My only gripe with the package it states 90 minute but my wife was out and finished in under 70 minutes and my self was just over an hour, if your going to give a time then at least stick to the package allowance,

My mother had earwax removal done today and I can honestly say the service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made my mum feel so comfortable straight away with her warm and friendly manner, explaining everything clearly, we knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was quick, completely pain-free and done with real care and professionalism. Sam really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re relaxed and looked after. We left hearing so much clearer and genuinely impressed. She’s fantastic at what she does and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Another fab appointment getting my nails done with the lovely Nicole at Cozy Retreat! Wanted something a little different, and now I love my new nail shape! Looking forward to next time already! Thank you! x
