Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

I really enjoy my weekly escape to the Butterfy Rooms for yoga sessions with Jeanette! And, over the past 3 years, have had the pleasure of experiencing lots of other relaxing self-care treats, offered in a tranquil, safe space! We all need some regular me time! Thanks Jeanette & Vic 🦋

Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.

Needed my lashes infilled badly and Lisa made space for me last minute. So grateful now I have lovely lashes for my holiday.

Jeanette was lovely and the space was very calm and welcoming. Would try again and recommend 👍

Just had an appointment with Sammi for a gel manicure and pedicure before my hols. I had a simple french manicure polish with a layer of shimmer to jazz it up a bit. I have to say, it is the nicest french polish I have ever had- she is an absolute perfectionist. My nails look amazing. Thank you Sammi x

I had the pleasure of experiencing a most wonderful facial today. This was so relaxing and delivered in a calm wonderful atmosphere. The products used smelt divine. I can thoroughly recommend this. Not only did the facial include a full scalp massage I also had an arm and hand treatment. Such a wonderful pampering session and I was spoilt tremendously Can’t wait for my next treatment, which I’m going to try.

Absolutely amazing experience this morning cannot recommend highly enough with Caitlin had the ESPA Natural Face Lift Facial the most wonderful relaxing a hour and a half it was just the best the products and everything and Caitlin thank you so much my skin is glowing the best ever .
