I was lucky enough to have the spa extreme ritual day, this was the best massage and facial I have ever had. The young lady who have me this experience was fantastic. The pool, and other amenities were great, the salt room especially. My Spar package also included a light lunch which I had a beautiful Yorkshire ham salad, and would highly recommend. You can even stay in your bathrobe to go and have lunch in the conservatory. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. So lucky to be able to come to such a great place with the nicest staff. Thanks you The Bothy! Xx

Lovely experience as usual. Salon has had an upgrade. Looks brilliant. Petal is always warm and welcoming.

Made a last minute enquiry when saw a recommendation through the Owlet hideaway. Ruth messaged me back quickly and had two 45 minute slots for me and my husband. Arrival was prompt at our accommodation and Ruth's set up was impressive, in particular the heated bed! We had a massage each which was tailored to our preference and felt amazing. Highly recommend and when we stay next, will definitely book again

A very friendly masseur who took care and patience to deliver an excellent massage. Would definitely recommend this if you find yourself staying at the Delta hotel in York

Ruth was as brilliant as ever, explained the whole process and after care, there was also a leaflet on what and not to do after treatment The treatment was better than I thought, a bit of tingling but my skin is positively glowing Also Ruth gave the most amazing head, shoulder and neck massage Would throughly recommend

So relaxing. Genuinely the best pedicure in York. Thanks Lisa.

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

This is one of my favourite places to go in York to relax and unwind. Lovely place in fantastic grounds and very attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Holly is just amazing, makes me feel so comfortable in my appointments and is so so good at what she does 🫶🏼
