I was lucky enough to have the spa extreme ritual day, this was the best massage and facial I have ever had. The young lady who have me this experience was fantastic. The pool, and other amenities were great, the salt room especially. My Spar package also included a light lunch which I had a beautiful Yorkshire ham salad, and would highly recommend. You can even stay in your bathrobe to go and have lunch in the conservatory. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

My first time visiting this afternoon and I have one word only: incredible!! I have never felt more relaxed, comfortable and at ease, I felt like I was at a spa and not in the house 30 seconds away from my own. Loved my massage and facial but beds around the pool are very low, hard to get up from if you are past a certain age they could do with being higher off the floor

lovely from start to finish. i had a refresh and renew, ( a scrub and massage) by chloe and it was superb. i cant fault the team at all. if anything, it would be slightly high chlorine in the jacuzzi, as my eyes were a little stinging, but the sauna sorted that fast

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Elise was very warm and welcoming. The room is beautifully comfortable and the massage was amazing! She certainly has a knack of finding and releasing knots! I’ve already booked to go again as Elise is so good.
