First time at Neem and overall, such a good experience! ✨ I had two treatments done and really enjoyed it. I do feel like I may have missed out on a back massage during the treatment, but I’m not entirely sure if that was included in the package — definitely something I’ll remember to check next time. 😅 The treatments were lovely, the service was great, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back soon! 💆🏽‍♀️✨

What a lovely gem. Very comforting and calming environment, very lowkey. If you’re not looking for a corporate or high-end spa experience, but rather a professional, clean, and homey environment - I think you will love this. I had my first waxing appointment with Erin who was an absolute doll. She is very skilled and knowledgable, friendly, professional, and made me very comfortable. She respected my need for breaks and always checked in regarding pain tolerance and management. Genuinely looking forward to coming back, and next time indulging in more treatments.

Sam is amazing!!! Great with my son he won't go if I don't confirm that she is the aunty going to cut his hair... He is only 5 and she's cut his hair since his first ever cut!!! Love Sam and her patience with kids she's just warm and loving!

I received the Radio frequency needling treatment from Ntombi. Although it is a mildly painful treatment, she made sure I was OK. The Bacial treatment is my favourite. Ntombi also made informative suggestions for follow up treatments.
