Had a amazing facial done by Claire . She was informative in what she was doing throughout the facial. When she used the steam , she made sure that it wasn't to hot and that I was okay. My skin feels amazing and will definitely be back for another facial!

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Artisan Skin - the crème de la crème of skin clinics in Cape Town. I couldn't recommended them more. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A really top class team. Plus the ambiance and luxurious rooms makes even a bikini wax feel like a spoil!

Amaarah has a lot of patience when it comes to hair. She is very detailed and precise. She never rushes with your hair, compared to a few hair stylists. Will always come back and book with her only, as long as she is working there.

I had the most incredible experience with my massage, facial, and head massage it was absolutely amazing! Lindsey offers the most incredible specialised facials for older skin. My facial today made me glow. She is amazing and so is the team. I am in Cape Town for a short while and I walked into Jem inquiring about lashes. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who called the lash tech to talk to me. She sounded very knowledgeable so I made an appointment. I had my old ones removed and a new set done. I am very happy with my new lashes. They look beautiful and I would definately recommend Shimene.

This was my first time visiting this salon, and I had a great experience. What I liked most was how it was focused on my stress points instead of just doing a general massage. Claire paid attention to where I had tension and worked on those areas, which really helped me relax. I left feeling much better than when I arrived. Overall, a simple and effective massage. I would definitely go back.
