Such a relaxing place to take some time for yourself and recharge. The owner is so lovely and the space is super clean and private. We are currently travelling oz in a caravan, so whilst we were in Perth for a week I bought a 5 pack, which was such awesome value and I left feeling so good. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back next time we visit Perth.

Good experience, loved the breakdown and guidance given by Chelle prior to going in it was very professional and helpful! Really welcoming host. The set up is very pretty and loved the sauna/ ice bath itself would probably just add a few adjustments like maybe putting a water jug / tap outside if you’re in need during the session and adding changing room space! And a bit of time between clients so you can get washed & dressed without worrying. But overall we enjoyed our experience :)

I did the shift experience and absolutely loved it. I loved the guided session using the headphones to tell me when to move in and out of the sauna and the ice bath as well as the guided breathing. Really felt my body relax throughout the session and will definitely be back again. Really friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Super friendly and knowledgeable! The sauna was perfectly hot, the ice bath was sparkling clean, and I even got to hang out with their adorable Frenchie. Such a relaxing and fun experience can’t wait to come back!

Such an incredible space! So peaceful and relaxing. The option between the infra-red and hot stone sauna is great, depending on what kind of sauna you feel like on the day. Would highly recommend to anyone! 5 🌟

What a wonderful way to end the weekend! This was the most intimate ice bath/sauna experience we have had. Perfect for two or going on your own. Chelle was lovely and welcoming, giving us tips on how to make the most out of our session. We will definitely be back - thank you!

My experience at “Locked in Recovery & Performance was perfect, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, if you want to improve your performance and recovery then this is the place, the sauna’s and ice bath are top quality and the set up of the place is incredible, you can tell how much time and effort has gone into building this - top place and top people 🙏🏼

Amazing! The facilities are so clean, the centre has such a relaxing atmosphere and vibe! Nothing better than starting a day by doing some personal training with Khan, followed by enjoying the recovery facilities such as sauna and ice bath. Highly recommend

An incredible experience! Was a fantastic way to finish my PT with Khan that I had prior to my recovery booking. Being able to use both the sauna and ice bath for hot and cold recovery truly makes a noticeable difference in the moment and for the remainder of the day! Would highly recommend to anyone interested in trying, this is the best place to do it!

Sophia is amazing! I've been getting my lashes done with Blinq for over 5 years now and can't rate the home salon highly enough. Sophia does an amazing job with my lashes and I always get compliments, she's quick, flexible and we always have a laugh.
