Just shocked at the price of my nails 💅..all I did was a standard mani with gel polish instead of a French manicure.that I booked ..and 6 of my OWN NAIL STICKERS TO PUT ON MY NAILS ..ND I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT 😞 . I really enjoyed my Gel Nails and Queen Pedi with Brenda, she did a wonderful job of my french mani. I love visiting BOA for my nails. However, I think BOA needs to invest in more exciting nail varnish colours, if you look at Sorbet's nail varnish, they have a much larger selection. I also think BOA should sell nail polish.

I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊

I asked Sethu to do a very cool colour on my nails. She painted them quickly and confidently and chatted to me in a way that had me leaving the nail salon feeling upbeat and ready to face the world! What a lovely person! Its rare to have such a great employee. I hope BOA values her. I also just want to remind you that the volume of the music was a bit loud. Your employees are quite young and probably have good hearing, but listening to music all day at that volume could cause hearing loss. Please be mindful of your employees' physical and mental health.

Precious did an absolutely amazing job! She was quick but still incredibly professional. She completely saved my nails—they were so short, but with the tips and BIAB the results were flawless. I showed her a design and she recreated it exactly like the photo. I’m beyond happy with my nails! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Cape Town and would 100% recommend her! ✨💅

My treatment with Thina was great, my nails were tearing under the gel but she removed the gel, fixed all my nails and painted my natural nail so I could give my nails a break. My only negative feedback is that the choice of nail polish for natural nails was shocking, I could only find one colour I liked. Red is probably the most popular colour, there was not one red bottle to choose from. BOA needs to up their nail polish for natural nails.
