I had an incredible experience at Nail Lesss. All the ladies were so kind and triendly. They were incredibly meticulous and kept on checking in with me to make sure I was OK, or if I was in any discomfort. I went in for a lash lift and tint, a pedicure with callus removal, and nail extensions with a design, so I was there for quite a while, but it was worth every single minute. I want to give a special shout out to Eka, my nail lady, who took her time to make sure my nails were exactly like the reference picture I gave. THANK YOU to all the ladies who work there! You guys are awesome!

It’s my third time to Flow beauty lab this week while staying in Bali. My boyfriend and I had the most incredible 75 minute massage and feel the best we have felt in ages. Flow beauty lab is one of the most calming and relaxing as well as professional day spas I’ve ever been to. Very grateful for the amazing experience x

Absolutly amazing !! Anna did an awesome job, my nails turned out really pretty and clean. The Price was so cheap, I paid 350k for a gel pédicure and a take off my old gel. Definitly recommend this place 💕

I had the best experience with Widia. She did an amazing job with my pedicure and paid so much attention to detail. She always checked with me before moving on to the next step, which made me feel truly cared for and treated with great awareness. I felt relaxed, comfortable, and in very good hands throughout the whole treatment. Highly recommend this place — thank you for such a lovely experience!

Got a very warm welcome when I came in. All the staff is super kind and make you feel very comfortable. The lady that did my nails did an amazing job. I’m so happy with my BIAB treatment, my nails look better than ever! So clean, healthy and chic. She had great attention for detail and made sure I left with perfect nails. They were amazing, I had Juli (I’m sorry if I spelt that wrong 🙈) but she was great, she did a great job help cut my ingrown toenails and shape my nails to prevent them from growing inwards again! Very friendly staff. The equipment they use is sterilised so you won’t get an infection 🌸🌷 10/10 recommendations

Riky was very nice and the haircut was good. But at the end of it, I felt it was a bit expensive for Bali and considering it only took 30 min. I was quite surprised that your prices are not net. 400,000 rupiah seemed like a fair price, but then it was 483,000 after tax and service. I think in the salon business you should quote your prices as net, including everyting. It's really ridiculous to add an extra "Service Charge" when the whole fee is a service charge...! There's no product.

THE best massage I've ever had in my life. Period. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys being slathered in oil and glided around. I'm a grabby, fascia pulling, connective tissue stretching kinda girl. So the shiatsu was perfect for me and Indah is an actual massage Goddess. 90 minutes of absolute bliss. I would seriously consider going to Bali and just copping the plane ticket fee as a 100% worthwhile cost of getting this massage again. 10/10.
