I had waxing and facial here and it was a great experience. Anu was friendly and professional. The waxing was quick and done carefully. And the facial was very relaxing. I'm happy with the service and would come back again.

This place is amazing. It was my first time in a spa and having a pedicure. Dia is a warm and friendly person who put me at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I highly recommend them.

She did a great job threading my full face . She listened to what I wanted for my eyebrows and it came out perfectly. She took her time and ensured all hairs were out

I had an excellent Swedish massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which helped me relax straight away. Polly was amazing, very professional and very kind. The best facial I ever done in London, I will definitely be back, highly recommend, definitely worth a visit!

Overall impression: Friendly and positive. Team were very welcoming and helpful. Experience: Binta was very professional and ensured I was comfortable and at ease. Attention to detail was impressive and did not feel rushed and took care. Will seek other services for another appointment! Only drawback was being unable to pay on Fresha beforehand which is to do with the app and not the venue.

I've received excellent hair cuts from Ario. He's always kind and professional. Amazing style sense I trust him to inspire creative cuts. The music is a bit slow and spa like, nearly put me to sleep not exactly the vibe or energy you want when getting a hair cut.
