I had such an amazing experience! The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep twice. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, just how I like them. Polly was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to, and made me feel safe and completely at ease throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy with both treatments. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

Lauren did an amazing job with my full head tint, cut, and a curly blow-dry! My hair is very thick so I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair but she listened to exactly what I wanted, and my hair looks and feels fantastic—so healthy and beautifully styled. She’s skilled, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

I feel like I’m floating! Polly’s massages seem to get better every time. She is so skilled at targeting problem areas whilst also giving you a relaxing experience. She is no.1 out of anywhere!

Her technique is both soothing and effective. I left feeling completely relaxed, with all the tension in my shoulders and back melted away. Polly is professional, kind, and clearly very skilled at what she does. The atmosphere she creates is calm and restorative. I highly recommend Polly if you’re looking for a massage that’s both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. I’ll definitely be booking again!
