I’ve been a regular at Rose and River for over a year now, and every treatment has been consistently five-star. The quality is excellent, but what really sets this place apart is the team. I’m always welcomed with a smile, a hug, and genuine interest in how I’m doing; it feels more like visiting friends than an appointment. Val is not only an incredibly skilled nail tech but also a truly lovely person, as is everyone else I’ve met there. Highly recommend!

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

I had an incredible massage! The space is was so relaxing, and after I told the therapist what areas I needed her to focus on, she really delivered. She worked out all the tension exactly where I needed it, and I left feeling completely refreshed and lighter. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a personalized, amazing massage!

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

Lauren did an amazing job with my full head tint, cut, and a curly blow-dry! My hair is very thick so I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair but she listened to exactly what I wanted, and my hair looks and feels fantastic—so healthy and beautifully styled. She’s skilled, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Every time at Rose and River is a great time! I had a peeling with Sissy and she is super professional and makes you always at ease! She knows a lot and also knows how to deal with different situations that might arise. Generally, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, always great service. If you’re thinking about trying a Hydra Facial, don’t hesitate! The staff at Ambee Clinic made me feel so comfortable, and the results are incredible. Oxygen led light is amazing with music so relaxing. Highly recommended it
