My second time coming to East London Hair and Beauty Studio with Edita for full head bleach highlights with toner and cut and blow dry and I have finally found my regular future hair stylist. Edita is knowledgeable and professional to my needs. Bleaching and toning is not easy to get the correct shade and she has taken the time to perfect my bleached hair after 6 months of growth. Also a calm and peaceful salon experience where I can relax for several hours to myself as a mum of 2 babies for ‘me time’ while my hair is done professionally and in peace and quiet so I get some relaxation too.

the most heavenly experience. I had the 90min sculpt facial and honestly I think this is the best facial experience i ever had. I was so relaxed I went into a trance! April is so talented and incredibly thoughtful in making this a sensory experience - from the products she uses, to the music, white noise, room temp and aromatherapy. I recently had a facial done by May and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything felt relaxing, professional, and tailored to my skin’s needs. The treatment was gentle yet effective, and I noticed an immediate difference, my skin felt cleaner, brighter, and incredibly hydrated. The atmosphere was soothing, the products smelled wonderful, and every step was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. I also appreciated the skincare tips given afterward; they were genuinely helpful and not pushy. Overall, it was one of the best facials I’ve had.

I had a wonderful massage at Rose and River with Emma yesterday. Before my appointment, I filled out a really thoughtful questionnaire, so Emma knew exactly what I was looking for and could tailor the treatment perfectly. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The massage room was beautifully decorated, with calming music that made it easy to unwind and switch off. Emma was fantastic — she understood exactly how to work with my sore muscles after a week of teaching Pilates and running. I left feeling serene, cared for, and completely rejuvenated.

Karolina is incredible, she is so kind, warm, professional and has so much knowledge about lashes. They are so accurately applied that you cannot even feel them. I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.

The body scrub massage is simply superb; so good for my skin, wellbeing and relaxation. Jeff is such a professional, skilled and gentle guy. He really comes highly recommended, and I plan to continue using his services on trips to London. I’m a very happy client.

Therapist was knowledgeable and gave useful knowledge on use of machine as well as how to get the best results from other therapies the Studio offers. She was welcoming and I felt at ease in her presence and explanation of the working of the roller shaper. She knew about lympathic therapies and and the importance of hydrating the body before and after sessions to flush toxins from the body. I look forward to attending the other sessions booked.
