After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. Jale is nothing short of a miracle worker - she makes my skin clear and my eyebrows sharp! Every treatment I’ve ever had over the last 10 years has been perfection, I regularly fall asleep while I’m there 🤣 but it’s always such a wonderful experience. Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back
