I had my BIAB nails removed and redone with Alice who was really friendly and attentive. She paid great attention to detail and I’m really pleased with how my nails turned out! Alice mentioned that the salon does not use nail drills to avoid damaging the nails so removal is all done manually and does take slightly longer but worth it for nail health!

This was my second visit to the salon, and once again, I’m absolutely amazed by the level of skill and knowledge Cassie has! She truly understands hair and knows exactly how to bring out the best in it. Every time I leave, I feel so happy and confident with the results. The entire experience is always relaxing, enjoyable, and leaves me feeling refreshed. I can’t recommend this salon enough!

I visited the spa today for my usual waxing appointment and, as always, Yadilene was fantastic. She is a highly skilled and professional therapist who always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. Her attention to detail and friendly manner make every visit a great experience. the most heavenly experience. I had the 90min sculpt facial and honestly I think this is the best facial experience i ever had. I was so relaxed I went into a trance! April is so talented and incredibly thoughtful in making this a sensory experience - from the products she uses, to the music, white noise, room temp and aromatherapy. This isn't just a regular facial/skin treatment it was a whole immersive experience and I cannot wait to return when I'm back in London! Thank you April for such a unique experience.

What can I say! I have been a client of Karolina for many many years even before she opened the shop. Her passion for lashes is unmatched and her knowledge is unreal. I don’t even show her photo inspirations anymore because I trust the look she will tailor to my eye shape and I really trust her judgement E V E R Y. SINGLE. T I M E!! Excellent as ever. My daughter recommended Kushty as I noticed her nails were always looking amazing, and I am so delighted with my nails, they have never looked better with the BIAB treatment! Everyone is so lovely in the salon, especially Zoe who is just a joy to chat to. Highly recommend.

Therapist was knowledgeable and gave useful knowledge on use of machine as well as how to get the best results from other therapies the Studio offers. She was welcoming and I felt at ease in her presence and explanation of the working of the roller shaper. She knew about lympathic therapies and and the importance of hydrating the body before and after sessions to flush toxins from the body. I look forward to attending the other sessions booked.
