Not only is the experience fantastic so is the thoughtfulness that goes into tailoring the facial to my skin and concerns, as well as that, April goes the extra mile even providing aftercare advice with product recommendations and advice. Lauren did an amazing job with my full head tint, cut, and a curly blow-dry! My hair is very thick so I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair but she listened to exactly what I wanted, and my hair looks and feels fantastic—so healthy and beautifully styled. She’s skilled, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a regular at Rose and River for over a year now, and every treatment has been consistently five-star. The quality is excellent, but what really sets this place apart is the team. I’m always welcomed with a smile, a hug, and genuine interest in how I’m doing; it feels more like visiting friends than an appointment. Val is not only an incredibly skilled nail tech but also a truly lovely person, as is everyone else I’ve met there. Highly recommend!

Lou was wonderful, I cannot recommend enough! My bespoke facial was perfect, I really appreciated the care Lou took in both explaining the facial and what I’d like to also delivering it, plus the knowledge she had around a scar I have left me totally at ease and able to completely drift off and enjoy the whole experience. The added touch of a foot massage too was amazing. Love the ambience and music, my fave place to have a facial!

This was such a wonderful experience. My facial was a lifting and firming one, with a buccal massage add-on. This was the first time I had a buccal massage and I loved it. The whole facial was so relaxing, I even fell asleep during it. My skin was glowing when I came out of the studio. I would highlight recommend it.

I had an incredible massage! The space is was so relaxing, and after I told the therapist what areas I needed her to focus on, she really delivered. Afshan was amazing. She began by focusing on pain point and handled the area with her expert technique. She was so lovely and warm and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely book with Afshan again.

I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing girl for a Vitaran Polynucleotide treatment and sculpting Her expertise really shows through her work she clearly knows what she’s doing! The results were instant for my tummy sculpt and I could see the difference right away. It was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. It felt like a ‘girls day’ with the bonus of feeling absolutely pampered and taken care of. I couldn’t trust anyone else to do my under eyes but her, I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about making you feel your best!
