After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. I had a wonderful experience here! The place is very clean, relaxing and beautifully designed. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and attentive, making you feel comfortable from the very first moment.

I had waxing and facial here and it was a great experience. Anu was friendly and professional. The waxing was quick and done carefully. And the facial was very relaxing. I'm happy with the service and would come back again.

She did a great job threading my full face . She listened to what I wanted for my eyebrows and it came out perfectly. She took her time and ensured all hairs were out
