Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

Nicole is just the most amazing hairdresser… leave 100% happy and feeling fab every time. The whole team are welcoming and friendly… the salon is beautifully styled…high end care in little new cross. Very much highly recommend 🙌🏻🥰🙌🏻

I really enjoyed my treatment. I wanted to chat but my brain was saying no relaxe. I sleeped the entire time and felt very good after.

Had the lumi eye treatment done today with Faye. What a lovely place and Faye is excellent snd very knowledgeable. Cant wait to see the full outcome. See you again soon

Rachel, what can I say other thank you for giving me such a lovely treatment. I absolutely enjoyed every second of the 90min LDM treatment. Talk about stepping into a relaxing, intimate SPA-like space, candle light with aromatherapy and calming spa music. Ohh and fluffy white towels, need I say more... I can't fault you for anything! If anything, I was PLEASANTLY suprised. You, definitely set the tone, the mood right and the bar pretty high 💐!! I even feel asleep during my treatment👌🏿. The beautician Renata did a fabulous job. I got a Hollywood and HD Brows. I have come away feeling so clean and fresh. Renata makes me feel so comfortable and is always making sure that you're okay and satisfied with the outcome. She really takes her time and I even end up falling asleep when she's doing my eyebrows. Thank you Renata :)

Had a full session of radio frequency post my cavitation sessions to tighten the loose skin and it was amazing. Rachel is so attentive and knowledgeable.
