Elisa is simply amazing! So knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The salon space is very clean, relaxing and Elisa has a lovely energy. I had a dermaplaning facial with extractions (so gentle) and LED light therapy. I left with glowing skin and had a much better idea of how to correctly look after my skin after Elisa’s skin analysis and education on correct aftercare. Elisa went above and beyond and sent me a detailed skincare plan, I will definitely be back to do a course of peels! I also bought the sunscreen which is amazing, not greasy and super light weight. 10/10

The lady who instructed and followed my massage was very nice, attentive and knowledgeable. The studio is cosy and the machines are clean. The massage is an interesting and enjoyable experience, hopefully it will give good results!

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

Elisa is the absolute best. She is very welcoming and knows what she is doing. This was a fabulous birthday voucher! I loved every hour of it. I even fell asleep. As someone who has had maybe 3-4 facials in her entire life, and doesn't use any products/makeup on her skin, I was going in with little experience. The knowledge the facial consultant provided was superb and very helpful. Additionally, I felt the problem area was eased as a short-term solution which left me feeling relaxed, and smiley with a shiny and smooth face. I may have been converted to facials.

I had an amazing experience I had not highlighted my hair since pre lockdown and was apprehensive but I had nothing to worry about. Valda is an excellent and outstanding hairstylist and hairdresser who really knows her skills. She gave me an excellent cut and colour. I felt like a new woman. Thank you so much. Superb nail technician in Sasha and they were very patient with me when it became clear that I’d made a mistake when I made the booking - squeezed me in for an unscheduled gel polish on top of my IBX at very short notice - much appreciated. 🤗

We have been going there for nearly 2 years now. The Spa is very clean and nicely decorated. My daughter gets her waxing done regularly there. Staff are very professional and friendly. Our favourite beautician is Rabia, she is wonderful. Today, we were slightly late because of the horrendous traffic in Greenwich and yet Rabia was kind enough to see us. She always works so fast (that pain is minimal) and that's why it was not a problem to accommodate us this afternoon.

Always such a great experience at Rose and River, I had another massage and it was perfect as usual - always feel really welcome, comfortable and listened to when I visit and always leave feeling relaxed and a little lighter - thank you!
