I just had one of the best beauty appointments I’ve had since moving to Dubai 🩵 I got a gel manicure, a pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed, and every part of the experience was amazing. Everyone was so gentle, sweet, and welcoming, and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. But I genuinely need to talk about the eyebrow waxing because it was hands down the BEST eyebrow wax I’ve ever had in my life 😭 It was insanely quick, almost painless, and over in seconds. I was honestly shocked! Such a lovely experience from start to finish and I’ll definitely be coming back 🤎

I had been to many different salons in Dubai and this one has to be the best. I felt comfortable, happy and for the first time in my life someone compliment my thick hair instead of being repulsed. thank you so much, this was the most positive hair experience in my adult life. Authentic Italian salon, airy, bright, soft lights (not the usual Dubai style neon lights burning your retina); the stylists, Sofia and Matteo, are cheerful, adorable and extremely knowledgeable; they also make you feel right at home from the very first minute. They use quality products, my hair has never been softer. Their Espresso macchiato is to die for, and they gave me water, chocolates and period products. My hair was a disaster when I entered but they knew what to do and the best way to do it. I was never happier with a salon in 15 years of my life in Dubai 🤯❤️🙏🏻 bravi ragazzi

I visited Gaia Beauty Lounge for the first time and honestly the experience was beyond luxury. The staff are extremely professional, the consultation was detailed, and the result was exactly what I wanted. I had a BIAB manicure and pedicure and loved the beautiful choice of colours , my nails look amazing. The salon is elegant, luxurious, and so relaxing, with lovely touches like a hot drink and biscuit. Donna, the owner, did my hair , a root touch-up with foils and a gorgeous blow dry , and I’m so happy with the results. The staff were all professional, welcoming, and attentive. Truly a five star experience , highly recommend

Got my hair done today by lovely Jen today for the first time, she did an amazing service! Left my hair feeling shiny and so soft. She is very professional and cannot recommend her enough. I go back to this salon twice a week, can honestly say this is the best hairdressing salon I’ve found in Dubai. They offer tailored solutions fitting to individual clients needs. Excellent Salon with exceptional customer service, right from owner (Rema) to all the team that work here, was so impressed at their care, customer service skills, attention to detail. Very professional in their roles and expertise, I was so pleased with all of their treatments and especially the amazing transformation on my hair/colour.
