Used previously used (not single-use) tools = unhygienic, even if those had been "washed", as they claimed. Uneven gel polish; had to ask them to give it another layer... and it didn't help much. Uneven nail edge. Overall medium-impressed with the experience. The ladies are really nice, but this quality is not for me. Although I am sure that it's a good place for some care procedures (like scrubs, wrapping, masks, and stuff like that).

I came here looking for a new regular salon after reading great reviews, and Joan did not disappoint with my haircut. Professional service, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. Plus, having a car park right behind the building makes it so easy to visit. I will definitely be back!
