Well I have to say it in all honesty was the best haircut my son has ever had ! He has longish thick hair and having been to most of Cheltenham’s salons , I managed to get an appointment with James by chance , he was amazing with my 7 year old and for the first time in a long time, both jack and I love it ! Sam is one of those hairdressers you wouldn't want to tell everyone about for fear of not being able to get an appointment with her! Over the time I've been going to her I've had hair cut, foil highlights, children's haircut for my daughter, lash lift & tint & eyebrow lamination & now bridal hair. The salon is nice & she is not only a brilliant hairdresser but also a lovely person. I always leave feeling great!

1st visit after moving into the area & have found the one. Professional & warm & friendly from start to finish. I can genuinely say that this is the best colour/highlights I’ve ever had & I’ve had a lot over the years. Better than what I was hoping for. Sam obviously loves her job with a passion & that glows from her.. it matters to her that you are happy. Thank you Sam & see you in 6 weeks!

Had an absolute top-tier experience with Sasika. As someone who can get quite anxious in social settings, she made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I walked in—she has a fantastic, welcoming vibe and a genuinely safe aura. She took the time to properly listen to what I wanted and gave me a brilliant, custom textured cut with a sharp fade. Her attention to detail is unmatched, the styling advice she gave me was incredibly helpful,. Even now, a few days later, the cut still looks fantastic and holds its shape perfectly. Will definitely be making her my regular stylist.

Fantastic experience! My first time there but I felt so comfortable straight away. Got the perfect mix of chat and quiet time and Georgia was so knowledgeable, happy to take my lead but also happy to use her best judgement on what would suit me best.
