This was my first time visiting Cotswold Skin Studio and I can say with total confidence that it was a truly fantastic experience. Henrietta was so kind, patient and caring throughout the entire appointment. After having horrendous experiences with previous waxers, it is wonderful to have been properly looked after and waxed properly. I am so pleased with the results and the confidence it has given me… I will definitely be back ☺️✨

All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

The treatment has been amazing, the best facial I’ve had so far. I have been to expensive salons before, however, I never left so pleased. I have very sensitive skin, dealing with eczema and psoriasis, my skin gets very easily triggered. Oksana’s products have been amazing though and also helped to clear my spots which are hormonal. I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you for being so accommodating and giving me back my self confidence!
