Elaine is absolutely amazing, her knowledge and experience is outstanding she made me feel relaxed and at ease. There was no rush and my wedding bridal make up experience was everything and more. Elaine just knew what to do and tweaks to make to my Desired look. I can’t wait for her to be part of my special day.

Well I have to say it in all honesty was the best haircut my son has ever had ! He has longish thick hair and having been to most of Cheltenham’s salons , I managed to get an appointment with James by chance , he was amazing with my 7 year old and for the first time in a long time, both jack and I love it ! The salon is a delight to visit. Everyone is friendly and helpful and my stylist, Fliss, is all I could hope for! She cuts my very straight hair beautifully so it hangs well and always looks great, and she’s interesting to chat to, as well.

Rob was recommended to me by 2 different people and I visited the salon for the first time for a well overdue haircut! I was after a change in style, a fringe added in and length taken off & Rob delivered perfectly! I’ve genuinely never been so happy after a haircut and often leave places disappointed but I’ve finally found somewhere I’ll return! I kept looking in the mirror and I think that’s how everyone should feel after a haircut! Not only that but the service itself was brilliant from all staff present too. Rob was fun to talk throughout my appointment and the salon felt luxurious!
