Julie was amazing today, she went above and beyond to make my brows look unbelievable and even kindly changed a piercing for me! Just moved to the area so needed a new beautician. Wonderful reflexology at Cheltenham Neals yard . The therapists are always so nice. Lovely friendly staff helped me choosing a gift for a friend . All the products smell great.

Lottie was charming and did a wonderful job, but in my haste I’ve messed up some of my nails! Probably should have had gel!

Elaine is absolutely amazing, her knowledge and experience is outstanding she made me feel relaxed and at ease. There was no rush and my wedding bridal make up experience was everything and more. Sam is amazing. Makes me feel comfortable, she’s chatty but not too chatty. Lashes she does are amazing. They last 3wks easy. I like to top up every 3wks just because they start to feel a little thin, but they still look great up to 3wks.
