It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

My first ever Hollywood wax had me shy enough to fake a dentist appointment 🫣 but Bash worked pure magic. With each strip I felt like “right, here I’m about to die 💀”— yet somehow she kept me going through the silly giggles 🤭. I walked out feeling smoother(front to back) with no pain at all 🤞. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Actually my nails look amazing, but I noticed this evening I have a chip on the one nail. Strange though because I didn't do anything that could have chipped it. I will probably pop in on Saturday if you're available. Otherwise my brows,lip and chin beautifully waxed. 🤩

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

The back and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing, and the hydrating facial was one of the best I've had—so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. THE best beauticians in Town. Lee-Anne, Wendy and Sam are caring and personable, creating a very warm welcoming environment. Going into old age, their facials, nail care and waxing is with this in mind, advising me of products that will suit my skin type. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you, I love you guys!
