I recently had a derma-planing facial with Sam and I can honestly say it’s one of the best facials I’ve ever had! My skin looks and feel amazing! She tailors the Tropix products she uses to your skin and talks you through what she is using and why. I would definitely recommend Sam’s facials and the Tropix products to everyone.

Sam is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and the facial required for that person based on their skin type. She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! Thank you so much to Sam, I highly recommend her and I too will be coming back for more facials!

I honestly can't recommend Alicia enough! She is absolutely lovely and puts so much time, care and effort into every facial. I had laser hair removal on my armpits with Nicole and had a great experience. She was so friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. She explained everything clearly and the appointment was quick and comfortable. The clinic is lovely, clean and welcoming, and I can't wait to see my results as I continue my treatments. I had a microneedling appointment with Nicole today, The environment was calm, welcoming, and relaxing, and I really appreciated being able to bring my child with me. Nicole took the time to explain the treatment thoroughly, talked me through every step, and gave me clear aftercare advice to help me get the best results. Alicia is a master, whose very hands create magic! As someone who has always been prone to acne and blemishes I am rarely happy with my naked face. However after my visit to Alicia today and with some recent blemishes still on show my skin is glowing and I can actually say I am happy with my naked face. I walked in the house and my husband's first comment was "look at you, all glory". Love love love

I’ve been to quite a few massage therapists over the years, and by far, she has made the biggest difference. She really took the time to understand where my tension was and knew exactly where to find all my knots — something many other therapists haven’t been able to do. The pressure was absolutely spot on, and she also recommended some exercises for me to do at home, as well as advising me on when I should come back. She was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to all my questions, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect from start to finish. I had a head in the clouds massage. So relaxing with beautiful smelling oils . Finished off with the infrared sauna which was absolutely perfect. Lovely friendly ladies . Will definitely be returning xx
