My experience of having such a deep relaxing facial followed by the energy healing was profound. I was in the perfect headspace to receive such a powerful experience. I felt all kinds of sensations, heat, pressure, fizzing. I saw strong visuals, of things I’ve not seen as well as memories. I could hear messages, such as ‘it’s important’. I cannot recommend Ana enough. I met Ana when I needed her and her magical hands the most. She performed several lymphatic drainage sessions for me, and I could feel the difference straight away. I also had the privilege of experiencing a facial and facial lymphatic drainage with Ana, and trust me—it’s not just that I feel better, I look ten years younger!
