I had my HIFU treatment at novaderm yesterday and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome and the clinic has such a calm, beautiful atmosphere. A special thank you to Charnelle, who was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. I'm so excited to see my HIFU results develop over the next few months and after this experience. Thank you for making me feel so well looked after!

I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.
