Best Spas & Saunas near me in Vredehoek, Cape Town

Thanks for creating a warm room, warm bed & add on foot warmer. It is especially appreciated in this icy cold weather!! Made me feel loved. Thanks for focusing on my tense muscles & loosening them up. I felt so relaxed that I battled to get up afterwards!!

This was the best experience to end our Cape Town visit with! The place is great and the masseuses were fantastic. Even after we were done we were still welcomed. I definitely recommend Voyage Spa and if I were staying one more week, I would've booked another session.

Exceptional Spa Experience at The President Hotel I had the most wonderful experience at the spa at The President Hotel. I visited the spa three times during my stay, and every visit was an absolute pleasure. A special mention goes to Jamila, who was my favourite therapist. She provided a truly professional and relaxing experience, from the amazing facial to the full-body massage. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and calming approach made the entire experience unforgettable. If you are looking for a place to completely relax, unwind, and feel rejuvenated, I highly recommend the spa

I was exhausted after a long week of movie shooting when a crew member brought me to Esnarth of FL Aesthetics in Cape Town CBD for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). The session was outstanding—highly professional, soothing, and incredibly effective. Her gentle, precise techniques in a peaceful setting left me feeling wonderfully light, refreshed, and restored. With superb skill and warm care, Esnarth delivered one of the best luxury massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.
