I had a Hammam Spa Rituals treatment with Valentino and Philip. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable session, with new experiences like the wash and moisturiser followed by a relaxing massage. Before the massage starts, you are explained everything that will happen with its origin and also about add-on options that are available. The whole treatment went by so quickly. The setup is very neat, clean, and quiet. It is a highly recommended experience.

Visiting Gaia is the most lovely experience and I’m looking forward to coming back again already! Kaylin was so friendly and welcoming, instantly knew what I was trying to achieve and shared her expert knowledge on how to get my hair back into great condition. I’ll be back to put my hair in her hands as soon as I’m next in Cape Town. I left feeling like myself again and in such a fantastic mood. Just had the best Swedish massage I’ve ever experienced at The Voyage Spa in Bo-Kaap. The space is calming, and the therapist was absolutely amazing, so professional and intuitive. I left feeling totally relaxed and recharged. Highly recommended!

Always cutting edge treatments, brilliant advice and warm friendly staff. Best clinic in Cape Town (and apparently now in the country too 😉)

I had such a lovely experience. Charnelle was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely cared for from start to finish. She took the time to understand my skin and shared so much insightful knowledge about my skin journey, which I really appreciated. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely excited about my skincare journey ahead. I can’t wait to see my skin fairy work her magic!

The Spa is beautiful ! Stephanie is gentle and friendly and gave my Daughter and I the most amazing, relaxing facials. Our skin looked and felt fantastic afterwards. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked the Full Head Spa, INOAR Japanese Silk treatment, and a trim at GAIA Head Spa. The experience was deeply relaxing and also informative, with a scalp scan showing buildup before and after. As someone with psoriasis and porous hair, it was helpful to learn how to better manage buildup and care for my hair. The silk treatment left my hair smooth and soft. A great balance of self-care and practical insight.

My massage with Stefanie was outstanding. She was incredibly skilled and made sure the treatment was perfectly tailored to my needs. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. Everything from the ambience to the cleanliness and service was top-class. Stefanie truly made the experience special, and I can’t recommend Spa@Banksia highly enough. I will definitely be returning!

Professional, kind and courteous. The staff at Voyage Wellness managed my massage, facial and pedicure with ease. The space was clean, tranquil, and clearly well managed. The services provided were thorough and relaxing (just what the doctor ordered!). I walked out a new man. It's unlikely you will find a superior spa service provider in Cape Town. Found this salon by coincidence (located next to my AirBnB) and booked a head spa treatment - and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. It started with a thorough scalp analysis, followed by a deep treatment and cleanse, including the most relaxing massages. The atmosphere was professional, yet very warm and personal. I loved my appointment from the moment I walked in until I left. Next time I’ll definitely come back to get my hair done as well (thinking highlights & cut and all!). A great place to focus on hair, scalp, and overall beauty. I’ll be back for sure 💖

My husband and I had massages today at this spa, on our last day of holiday and both treatments were amazing. They were thorough and relaxing and absolutely the best way to end our trip with such an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend scheduling a massage here.

I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. They executed every part of the package stunningly and are clearly well-trained & experienced pros. The spa itself is spotless, gorgeous & smells amazing, the products they use are top-notch and the chairs/beds are über-comfy, there's just nothing bad to say. They treated my mom like a queen and made her feel like one too. Top-tier experience UNMATCHED by any other spa in Cape Town 👏🏼🤩

Her calm, kind, and soft-spoken demeanor made it easy to relax fully mentally. Stephanie Isaacs is a true asset to Banksia Spa, and her skill, professionalism, and warm energy.

My husband and I booked a head spa appointment here while on vacation. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, warm, and welcoming. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and you can tell they genuinely care about making you feel comfortable and taken care of. We loved that they showed us before-and-after images of our scalp, it was so interesting to see the results for ourselves. My stylist did such an amazing job, and I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. The attention to detail and level of care really stood out. Absolutely recommended!

A fantastic experience. My husband and I were jetlagged and fatigued after a long haul flight to Cape Town from New Zealand. The couples Swedish massage with aromatherapy oils was just what we needed. Wonderful massage treatment from Chantal and Melissa in a lovely setting.
