This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Her warm personality and sense of humor instantly put me at ease, making what can sometimes be an awkward appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

Had the best experience today (once again!) The whole team is absolutely amazing! Got the prettiest natural highlights today - Judith is truly amazing at what she does. She listens to you and always does an amazing job! I also got a scalp cleaning treatment - so relaxing and amazing if you have psoriasis or a dry scalp. This place is aesthetic, amazing vibes and sensitive, psoriasis hair approved! 😁

I had my HIFU treatment at novaderm yesterday and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome and the clinic has such a calm, beautiful atmosphere. A special thank you to Charnelle, who was absolutely amazing. I usually do my facials with Rayana but she wasnt in and I was a little skeptical to book with another beautician. Rue was amazing! Very nice and friendly. I loved how she did my facial. I'm definitely booking a treatment at least every month! She was truly a sweetheart! I can't praise her enough.

I am genuinely impressed! Zanele worked professionally and efficiently! She did an incredible job taking extra care throughout the treatment and afterwards to ensure I was comfortable. She was also very accommodating when I changed my appointment from just brows to a full face treatment, which I really appreciated. Zanele communicated clearly throughout the entire appointment, explaining what she was doing and making me feel completely at ease. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m happy to call myself one of her new regular clients. Highly recommended!
