Their location was not hard to find given that we only commute to get there. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sophia and Felicia. They gave us complimentary drinks. While waiting for our session, Sophia explained to us how our availed packages were going to be. Sophia, Felicia, and Bruna were all accommodating. We really loved their complimentary drinks from tea (when we arrived), cold flavored water (while we’re in the Infrared Sauna), and orange juice (I swear you’ll love it too)! The services were great and we’re planning to come back. The Infrared Sauna is a must have when you come.

Great new state of the art facilities in a tranquil space to relax and recharge. The infrared sauna and ice bath is all new and with private showering facilities in the same room. Very impressive!

Sophia handled my visit with great care and provided a simple to follow overview of how the process works. I was a little nervous to begin with, but she made the whole session feel natural from beginning to end. The space is also comfortable, relaxing and open - the layout is very accomodating to everyone. Genuinely a great experience. Thanks Sophia :)

It's always great visiting Elite - all the staff are so friendly! My current favourite strategy is the photobiomodulation + sauna/ice bath. Best mood booster (and for focus) and it's a great way to improve your mitochondrial function because both these strategies increases heatshock protein response! IFYKYK ;)

Excellent experience with Rhiannon. She made the experience very safe, relaxing & calm. Rhiannon explained the experience really well. She was very kind and friendly. The spa experience itself was phenomenal! The ability to lay on your stomach (with a belly pillow) was excellent, the session was great & very relaxing. The refreshments after were excellent. It is the second time i visit Yummy mummy day spa and I absolutely love this place. The pregnancy massage is amazing. I highly recommend it ! 90 minutes is the best option to really relax and come out on a cloud 🤍 Thank you

Lovely little day spa in the heart of Clovelly. Such a warm and cozy feel inside. I had fantastic massages through both of my pregnancies and was treated postpartum too!
