Hale spa is still a luxuriously wonderful way to treat yourself. The plunge pool, steam and sauna rooms are a great way to start your treatment. The facial was relaxing and pampering, the massage was okay. Whilst the therapist maintained the massage pressure consistently. I did ask for a particular area to be massaged which was missed entirely.

I just absolutely love coming to Body Wrl and having some relaxing time out with the Deluxe Infra red sauna which includes the beautiful rain shower . The ambience in this place is next level and the whole experience from the moment i walk in just so relaxing with the subtle lighting and also can change the coloured lights for different effects . Nice big jug of filtered water im just in heaven sweating away all my troubles from the week . So relaxed and renewed afterwards ready to get on with my day .Beautiful staff just so lovely &accommodating. Very clean & professional private day spa

I celebrated my 50th here with some of my friends, we hired the facilities at night & had the spa, magnesium pool, sauna & steam room to ourselves for 3hrs, was so relaxing & enjoyable.

I love this place! I sprained my ankle a few days before and the jarring fall put my body out as well. The spa bath relaxed my aches and pains, the cold plunge completely got rid of the swelling and the infra red sauna was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The lady at the front desk was delightful and accomodating and instantly made me feel weIcome and at home. The owners have done a great job with the decor and have created a relaxing, super clean sanctuary to replenish and heal. Thank you for creating this in Yamba. It's places like this that make me want to return to the area.

The environment at Solace is really lovely - welcoming, clean and aesthetic. The sauna was nice and hot. I liked that it was one where you can create a little steam too. I also loved the magnesium spa. I used some of the provided products and the shampoo/conditioner has left my hair feeling gorgeous 🥰.

Today’s visit to Ember Bathhouse was exactly the weekend reset I needed. I love moving between the hot mineral bath, sauna, lounge and steam room at my own pace. It wasn’t a chatty crowd today, which made the whole experience even more restorative — fewer voices, more stillness, and calm. Yuka was attentive, gentle, and highly skilled. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the treatment and delivered one of the most relaxing head spa experiences I have ever had. The scalp massage was exceptional, helping to release tension while leaving me feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Excellent massage. We booked a couples massage and really enjoyed it. Loved be able to relax in the spa and steam room afterwards with some water and a glass of bubbles. The staff were all really lovely. Only criticism was not having a hair-dryer.

And that’s exactly what I got, I am utterly relaxed and restored. I normally find it hard to relax but during my time here, the music, the staff, the atmosphere, everything was perfect, and helped my nervous system to go from fight or flight to rest and digest.

Very good. I took my fiance there, it was her first spa and it was a perfect place for a first time. The sauna’s were nice and so good for my pores. The hot/cold pools were so relaxing and got rid of a pain in my back I’ve had for a month. The two fella’s were super lovely too.

Do yourself a favour and get yourself a Japanese head spa. Raquel was absolutely delightful. She took great care and really provided a relaxing atmosphere and experience. I walked out totally relaxed and feeling great. My hair was silky soft and looked fresh and clean. The experience was well worth it.

Sprinkled in fairy lights the pathway to reception feels like you are entering a magical realm. Check in and orientation was seamless by our lovely host, Angela. The infrared sauna, steam room and magnesium spa were extremely relaxing and well maintained. With every possible thing thought of to enhance your experience. Massages are rated 10/10 very professional and relaxing. We enjoyed a glass of wine and a picnic next to the fire place. To be extremely picky slippers would be nice and its a little difficult to find the driveway in the dark. Awesome experience, we will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience today. The glow package was so relaxing and I had a fantastic therapist. The sauna, shower and therapy rooms are very private and calming. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and I cannot wait to go back.
