Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). I was very happy with my nail tech and loved my nails, both pedicure and gel nails. She did a fantastic job. However, every colour I chose was out of stock. (More than 6 choices at least) Even white. Ended up having to choose a colour I did not really want, and not the first time this happened. Been going to Boa for years, but this is very disappointing. Would hate to find another salon.

I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊

my nail tech, Anesu, was amazing, i had booked for a manicure and added a pedicure whilst there. The pedicure stations were fully booked, since she didn't have a booking after my manicure she offered to do my pedicure by the manicure stations. i really appreciated that

Lovely experience at Boa, Buitengracht Street. The therapists were patient and sweet whilst I chopped and changed my mind and did a beautiful job of my nails! I had a gel manicure and pedicure and my partner had the Men's Pamper Day Package. We really felt the love and both agreed we'd certainly be going back!

I had the most amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, Sabeeha made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. Professional, kind and courteous. The staff at Voyage Wellness managed my massage, facial and pedicure with ease. The space was clean, tranquil, and clearly well managed. The services provided were thorough and relaxing (just what the doctor ordered!). I walked out a new man. It's unlikely you will find a superior spa service provider in Cape Town. I was very impressed with Patience the technician..service... Just shocked at the price of my nails 💅..all I did was a standard mani with gel polish instead of a French manicure.that I booked ..and 6 of my OWN NAIL STICKERS TO PUT ON MY NAILS ..ND I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT 😞 . OTHERWISE my sister was impress wth her service as well

My treatment with Thina was great, my nails were tearing under the gel but she removed the gel, fixed all my nails and painted my natural nail so I could give my nails a break. My only negative feedback is that the choice of nail polish for natural nails was shocking, I could only find one colour I liked. Red is probably the most popular colour, there was not one red bottle to choose from. BOA needs to up their nail polish for natural nails.
