Another exquisite treatment at Bare Skin Clinic with the lovely Lauren, had the summer glow treatment to break up my chemical peels because I miss the massage it is so relaxing! To the point where I have fallen asleep under the LED light. I absolutely love my monthly treatments not only for my skin but for the catch up with Lauren she’s such a beautiful human!!!

Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! A truly healing session with the wonderfully gifted Clare, highly recommend

This was amazing! I love ASMR to relax and fall asleep, and I’ve been hoping for somewhere nearby like this. Georgia was lovely, and the massage was incredible — I even had to wake myself up before driving! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it relaxing, from the gentle hair play and back tickling to the flow of the session. The room was calming, and the heated blanket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

I love this salon. I use most of the services here. Biab nails, toes, hair, facials, massages. Services are bang on! Customer service is invaluable all the girls are friendly professional and knowledgeable, I see the girls as family friends. The salon its self is warm, inviting and homely. Nature indoors just relaxing and comfortable taking me away from life and just enjoying self care ❤️

Lewis was really friendly and attentive to my needs. Got a thorough massage working all my tight areas and gave me some tips on what do my resolve some of my issues. The service was relaxed and made sure that throughout the session it wasn't too much. I have already booked another session for a couple of weeks!

The sports massage overall was amazing, it was very thorough and Simone is clearly very knowledgeable and took great interest into my concerns. Really recommend! This was my first time and I’ll be definitely going back!

Wow what can I say, I’ve had massages before but this was something else, thing is it wasn’t a massage it was a relaxation hour ASMR to perfection, honestly from start to finish Georgia made me feel welcome, calm & mainly relaxed .. Fabulous 1st visit today with Lucy Really good chat first to assess my health and discuss my needs. Lovely calm environment and the massage was brilliant. Felt fabulous afterwards. Very relaxed even though some deep massage techniques being used. Will definitely be returning

Beth was amazing, I struggle from knots in my back and shoulders and she really massaged them out and made me feel really relaxed! I was asked lots of questions to make sure I got the right massage and pressure. I will definitely keep up with having massages.

I’ve had numerous massages in the past and have never been able to switch off and relax, you know what it’s like, busy mum, working, never stop. I went to see Jordanne because I had a trapped nerve and knots in my shoulder. She worked her absolute magic. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in, got under the cover onto the heated blanket and before I knew it I had fallen asleep and the knot and trapped nerve was gone. I left feeling the most relaxed I have in ages. She is absolute magic.

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

It was amazing. Highly recommend Clare, I felt so comfortable and relaxed

Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.
