I had my first facial with Charlotte last week, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, took the time to listen to my skin concerns, and thoroughly explained each step of the process and how it works. My appointment was great! Lauren has a beautiful set up in Lyon, perfect for the most relaxing treatment I had. I wasn’t expecting an Indian head and décolleté massage to be part of the facial and it was the perfect addition xx
