Felt totally relaxed after my massage. It was definitely needed. Margaret lets you know what is happening at each stage of massage and checks on amount of pressure to use. Added bonus was the lovely facial at the end. Just a lovely treatment by a lovely lady.

Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Today I had my first lymphatic drainage massage and it exceeded all my expectations. The therapist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took time to understand what I needed before starting. The treatment itself was soothing and well done I felt relaxed, refreshed, and much less bloated afterwards. It’s clear he knows exactly what he’s doing. Amazing from start to finish. Stunning room, very tranquil and relaxing, perfect temperature. Massage was great and very thorough, I had some tense muscles in my lower back and shoulders before now, I gee like a new women now and slept like a baby last night. Would recommend for a few reasons first it’s a very therapeutic experience as you learn so much about your body and what it needs, I also learnt how to breath and relax as I was in a lot of pain but Emeria has taught me how to breath and listen to my body and the massage was so good in freeing the tension from my shoulders an back she is amazing at what she does
