Getting started
In your wallet, you'll find your most recent payments made via Fresha and any any fees associated. Before viewing your business wallet activity, if you are a team member we recommend:
- Reaching out to the account owner to request permission to access Wallet and card processing.
Understanding your wallet
As well as providing details on your upcoming payouts and transaction history, there are a number of other things that can be managed and viewed in your Wallet.
In your business wallet you'll find:
- Wallet balance: Your total and available balances are highlighted at the top of your business wallet. Click Info for a breakdown of the total, available, and pending balances.
- Account activity: This section gives a detailed breakdown of your payouts and payment activity for a selected period. Your payment activity is categorized into card payments, fees, payouts, top-ups, purchases, adjustments, refunds, credits and transfers.
- Credits and referrals: Review how many Fresha credits you have left, the expiry date and pending credits earned from referrals.
- Payment methods: Your default payment method is used for one-off payments, such as blast campaigns and automatic top-ups. You can update these at any time by clicking on the three dots icon and selecting Edit.
- Bank accounts: Your default bank account receives all payouts from Fresha. The account must be verified before you can start receiving payouts but can be updated anytime by clicking the three dots icon to edit your Edit bank account or Edit to update the account holder.
- Wallet settings: Your identity is verified with an SMS code each time you send money from your wallet, keeping your transfers secure.
Top-ups are charges made against the card added under Payment methods. These will be charged if your balance is negative at the end of the month, to settle it to zero, or if you purchase items like blast campaigns or terminals.
You can click on each transaction to view more details and scroll down to View more wallet history to see all transactions made within a selected date range.
FAQs
Your wallet will be settled at the end of the month if your balance is negative. To settle your wallet before the end of the month, you can top-up your business wallet. Please note that a small processing fee applies each time you top-up your wallet.
