How quick payment works
Quick payment allows you to enter an amount and take payment without creating a full sale or adding items from your catalogue. You can assign a client if needed, or process the payment as a walk-in.
The payment is recorded immediately, and a receipt is generated, making it a simple way to take one-off charges.
Take a quick payment
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Calendar.
- Click on the Add button in the calendar toolbar, then select Quick payment.
- In the pop-up, enter the amount you want to charge the client, then select the Continue button.
- In the right panel of the payment view, click on Add client to select select an Existing client, create a New client, or leave the appointment as a Walk-in.
- In the left panel, select a payment from the list of options.
- Click on the Pay now button at the bottom to process the client's payment and complete the sale.
Once the payment is processed, the sale is recorded as a manual payment without being attached to an item. A receipt is also generated, which you can share the receipt with the client by email or print
