Getting started
Exporting reports allows you to keep records for personal reference or to share with others. If you’re a team member:
- Request permission for Access reporting and Access new reporting & insights.
Exploring reports
Most reports can be exported in the format that best suits your needs.
To export a report:
- Open Reports.
- Select the report you want to export.
- Click on Customize if you need to make changes to the report before exporting.
- Select Options and choose your preferred format to download your report:
- CSV
- XLSX
FAQs
No, reports must be exported individually. You will need to open each report and follow the export steps for each one.
Currently, Fresha supports exporting reports only in PDF, CSV, and XLSX formats. If you need another format, you may need to convert the exported file using a third-party tool.
Before exporting, use the Customize option within the report to adjust the data fields according to your preferences. Once customized, you can save these changes and export the report.
If the export option isn’t visible, ensure you have the necessary permissions, such as Access reporting and Access new reporting & insights.
No, you can export reports as many times as needed without any limitations.
