Smart Website using powerful AI tools to prefill the content of your website pages based on your business details in Fresha. This includes your:
- Services
- Prices
- Team members
- Reviews
- Contact details
- Opening hours
- Locations
- Amenities
When you change these details in Fresha, they automatically update on your website too, so there’s no need to make the same updates twice.
You can organize how visitors navigate your website from the main navigation and customize your pages further by adding additional information, sections and content blocks.
Update your website’s Main navigation
Your Main navigation is the menu visitors use to move between pages on your website. In the website builder, you have access to a sidebar with management options for your Main navigation. From here you can choose what pages are included on your website and how they’re organized.

From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Online presence.

Select Smart Website from the left menu panel.

Click Actions and select Edit website from the dropdown menu.

In the website builder, click on Show navigation (menu icon) in the top left to open the navigation sidebar.

Hover over each page and select the three dots to customize how it shows on your main navigation:
- Settings: Update the page name, URL, and other page settings.
- Hide: Take the page out of your main navigation while keeping it live online.
- Duplicate: Create a copy of the page and its content.
- Delete: Remove the page from your website.

To add new content, select the select the + icon at the top of the navigation sidebar, then choose what content to add:
- Add a page: Select a template or start with a blank page.
- Add a link: Add a link to your main navigation that directs visitors to a specific page outside of your website.
- Add a dropdown: Group related pages together under one menu item. For example, a Services dropdown could include separate pages for Haircuts, Styling, and Color treatments.
To change the order pages appear in your navigation, drag and drop them into your preferred order in the navigation sidebar.
Customize your website pages
Your website starts with preset pages and content to give you a structure which you can customize around your business. To make edits, select a page in the navigation sidebar to open it in the website builder.

On each page, use the purple Plus icon, to add new section templates or select a blank section to design it from scratch.

Then your own content to each section by hovering over the section and selecting Add content. Choose from:
- Essential content: Add custom content such as text, images and buttons.
- Your business: Showcase details connected to your Fresha account, including services, team members and reviews. This content stays in sync with changes you make in Fresha.
- Other: Add your social links and maps using the business details saved in your account.

Changes that you make on your Fresha account will automatically update on your website in moments.
Business details pulled from your Fresha account automatically stay up to date when you make changes in Fresha. This includes your:
Content you add yourself, such as custom text and images, is managed separately in the website builder.
A hidden page stays live and searchable online but doesn’t appear in your website’s Main navigation. A disabled page is taken offline completely and can’t be discovered or viewed by visitors.
You can manage hidden and disabled pages in the website builder navigation sidebar at any point to edit or publish them again.
