Client Loyalty is a customizable feature that helps you reward clients for their visits, spending, and engagement. With a flexible points and tier system, you can encourage repeat bookings, boost client retention, and offer exclusive rewards and perks based on activity.
What’s included in the Client loyalty add-on
- Create a points-based rewards system: Your business can specify rules for earning points, set limits, and create rewards for clients to claim with their points.
- Set up Loyalty tiers: Create up to five Loyalty tiers with custom themes, set goals, and create tier-specific rewards and perks.
- Personalize your Loyalty settings: Customize your Loyalty experience by selecting a theme color, choosing icons, and naming tiers to create a program that fits your brand.
- Apply client-level adjustments: Have the flexibility to manually adjust a client’s points or tier status and offer additional rewards without changing the overall program settings.
- Keep clients informed: Automatically keep clients informed about their points balance, tier status, and available rewards by setting up dedicated client notifications.
The Client Loyalty add-on is available as an optional paid feature with a monthly fee, based on the total number of locations within your workspace.

Fresha’s Client loyalty price is determined by the total count of locations within your workspace. When you add new locations, they will be included in the upcoming billing cycle.
If you disable the Client loyalty add-on, clients will stop earning points, but their existing points will be saved in case you choose to reactivate it later. However, client tiers and their associated rewards won’t be preserved. When the add-on is re-enabled, tiers will be recalculated and reassigned based on your current tier settings.
To find your billing date for the Client loyalty add-on, go to the main menu on the left, click on Add-ons, and select View under Client loyalty. You'll find information about your billing date under Details.
Yes, once enabled, Client loyalty is active across all of your locations, and clients can earn points when booking at any location for your business.
