Client Loyalty overview
With Fresha, you can offer the ultimate client loyalty experience, with a fully customizable program designed to fit your business. Choose to set up a points-based system, allow clients to advance through tiers, or combine both to reward them for their bookings and purchases.
The loyalty feature works across your entire business, including all your locations, and is simplified into the following elements:
Create your Loyalty program
You can create a loyalty program to reward your clients using one or both of the following:
Points: Set up a program that rewards clients with points based on their engagement with your business, including booking services, purchasing products, or spending a certain amount. You can set up how many points clients earn and what they can redeem them for.
Tiers: Create up to five tiers that clients can advance through based on the points they earn or the amount they’ve spent with your business. Each tier can be customized with its own name, colour, icon, and reward structure to motivate clients to keep progressing.
Keep clients engaged
Once your program is live, clients can interact and stay updated through:
Reward redemptions: Clients can independently use their points to claim rewards that can be applied at checkout for items such as services and products.
Real-time updates: Clients are automatically notified about their points balance, tier progress, and available rewards. You can manage these notifications in your Automated messages settings, and clients can track their progress directly in their Fresha account.
Apply client-level adjustments
Adjust the points balance or tier level for a specific client without affecting your overall Client Loyalty program. You can also manually add rewards without changing your main program settings. For example, you may want to offer one-off rewards for special occasions.
Apply rewards at checkout
When clients earn enough points or spend enough to unlock a new tier, any rewards linked to their tier or points balance will automatically appear at checkout. This includes perks associated with their current tier and any rewards they have redeemed using points. You can apply these rewards for the client during checkout.
The Client Loyalty add-on is available as an optional paid feature with a monthly fee, based on the total number of locations within your workspace.
