Fresha Awards 2026: Celebrating the best in beauty and wellness

It’s that time of year again, and we couldn’t be more excited! 

The 2026 Fresha Awards are here, and this time, they’re bigger and better than ever. This moment each year, Fresha loves to take a moment to recognise the beauty and wellness businesses that went above and beyond, delivering exceptional client experiences throughout 2025. 

From hair salons to barbers, nail parlours, spa destinations and aesthetics clinics, 2026’s winners reflect the talent, pace, and professionalism driving the industry forward. They set the standard across the selfcare space, raising expectations and shaping what great looks like for clients all over the world.

This year’s awards are also expanding beyond the usual countries—the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Spain, France, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland—and recognising standout businesses in three new regions: Singapore, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong. That makes this one our most international celebration of beauty and wellness businesses to date, and as Fresha continues to expand the Fresha Awards globally, your region could be the next.

What are the Fresha Awards?

At Fresha, we’re so proud to support the businesses raising expectations across the beauty and wellness space. With our 140,000+ beauty and wellness venues on Fresha, being recognised is an incredible achievement, and also a clear sign that the business is delivering a consistently high standard of service and one guaranteed to impress all those who book.

The Fresha Awards exist to spotlight standout businesses, making it that much easier for clients to identify venues that promise quality, professionalism, and exceptional experiences. 

This year’s awards, as always, include two tiers:

 

  • Best in Class
  • Highly Recommended

These awards act as a trusted signal not only to already loyal clients, but also to those on foot passing by, helping them feel confident that they’re booking with one of the best in their area.

 

Fresha Awards 2026 Criteria

Winners were selected based on performance across 2025, where we assessed multiple factors, including:

  • The number of client reviews collected
  • Average star rating across reviews
  • Total online bookings confirmed during 2025

This approach ensures the awards recognize both consistent client satisfaction and strong demand, while keeping things fair across businesses of different sizes.

 

What are the Award Tiers?

  • Best in Class

Best in Class recognizes businesses delivering consistently exceptional experiences on Fresha, with strong performance across reviews, ratings, and online bookings. These are the top-performing businesses on the Fresha Marketplace.

 

 

  • Highly Recommended

Highly Recommended recognizes businesses that delivered a high standard of service throughout 2025, supported by strong client feedback and consistent results.

What winners receive

In the mail

In June 2026, we’ll send your exclusive Fresha Award, created to celebrate your achievement and help you share it with your clients and community.

Included in your winner's package:

  • A certificate of excellence to display in your space
  • A double-sided window sticker that features your award badge loud and clear for foot traffic passing by
  • An online booking sticker with your own unique QR code linked directly to your Fresha booking page, making it that much easier for people to snatch up an appointment. 
    Note: If you’ve received a QR code previously, you will not receive another. 

These materials are made to help you showcase your award with pride, build instant trust with new clients, and turn recognition into even more bookings.

Online

If you’re a winner, you’ll also gain access to your very own Fresha Awards Hub, packed with shareable digital assets, from designed social posts to your curated award and certificate. While you’re waiting for your physical award to arrive, feel free to start celebrating your win online straight away.

To access the Awards Hub, you’ll see a Fresha Award winner badge appear in the top navigation of your Fresha dashboard.

When expanded, this purple badge highlights your win and provides quick access to confirm your delivery details and download your awards assets. Once delivery details are confirmed (or awards have been sent), the badge collapses into a spotlight icon, which remains available year-round in your dashboard navigation so you can always return to the Awards Hub whenever you need.

Under the share and download section, in your Fresha Awards Hub, you’ll find your specially designed:

  • Book Online Sticker QR Code 
  • Social post
  • Story post

Simply click ‘Download’ under the asset you’d like to save to your device, or click the ‘Share’ icon to share directly to your favourite social media apps.

Not awarded this year? Here’s how to improve your chances for 2027

Fresha Awards are based on client demand and consistently strong performance. If you want to improve your chances next year, here are a few key areas to focus on.

  • Add professional photos to your Marketplace profile

Businesses with high-quality venue images tend to see more bookings, as strong photos help clients understand what to expect and feel confident before they book. If your photos haven’t been updated in a while, refreshing them to reflect your venue today can help attract new clients.

Think natural lighting, clean backgrounds, and images that showcase the experience clients can expect.

Plus, boost bookings with a top-tier Service Portfolio to showcase your expertise. Simply build your portfolio and tag images with the services shown so your clients can book the look.

  • Encourage your clients to leave a review

Client reviews play a major role in award selection. One of the easiest ways to gather more feedback is to set up automatic follow-up ‘Thank you for visiting ‘ messages, so Fresha can prompt clients to leave you a review after every appointment. It’s a simple set-and-forget way to consistently build your reviews over time.

  • Use Fresha's blast campaign feature to drive repeat bookings

Blast marketing emails can help keep your business top of mind, promote seasonal offers, and fill gaps in your calendar, all of which can contribute to stronger overall performance.
