I booked a Matis facial at finesse yesterday. What a great experience! Sanayah is so warm and welcoming, I was so relaxed by the end of the treatment. My skin is GLOWING! I love that her space is unpretentious, the salon feels warm and inviting. She also was able to henna and thread my brows which I love. I’ve definitely found my regular spot and I feel like I’ve found a wonderful friend and therapist in Sanayah. Thank you ❤️

Sameera’s clear communication, guidance and knowledge was exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling rejuvenated and confident. My brows and lashes never looked better and my skin felt amazing! After almost giving up on my problematic skin she provided me a path forward to tackle my issues. What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. Bernadette was kind, gentle and thorough and also shaped my brows beautifully. I have found my new therapist and its close to my home. Thank you Bernadette I will definately be back!

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!
