The service and cleanliness in here is impressive. I had the hybrid lashes and a brow lamination treatment by Kaneesha and it was so exceptional. I really commend her for dealing so gently with my twitchy eyes, although it ended up taking us a bit longer to get through. I highly recommend this combo - thank you K&R!

I had a wonderful experience at Nova. Kayleigh is professional, bubbly and all round accommodating. I had my eyebrows laminated for the first time and she talked me through each step as well as aftercare. She is gentle and friendly. I will be back soon! I had a great experience at the Cape Town branch. Zoe took a lot of care in doing the treatments on me, she was very informative and made sure I felt very pampered! One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

To be honest I was nervous at first but these women made sure that I was comfortable from the second I stepped into the studio. Laying on the bed is what I would imagine laying on a cloud feels like. They were extremely gentle while working on my face, so gentle that I might have taken a much needed nap. The results honestly speak for itself. The laminated brows and tint gives me the confidence to walk around bare face. It make me feel complete. Shukran so much to all of the lovely women🫶
