Perfect experience! I was nervous because I had some bad experiences with previous waxers, but Suzanne managed to make me feel so comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend Ivy. It’s the only place I will go. Kelly and the girls are very professional and really listens to your needs and knows exactly what treatment is needed. As usual the service was excellent. I liked my brows, lashes, & nails. The girls were excellent. Suggestion: try interacting less with colleagues and more with clients. Not unless it is really needed. Also, for hygiene purposes, kindly use mask when doing lashes & eyebrows due to close contact or offer masks to the client if they are comfortable to wear it. If unavailable, try to keep conversation at a very minimal when doing the tasks.
