Jasmine was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped my daughter feel comfortable. The treatment itself was thorough and left her feeling refreshed and very pleased with the results. Wonderful experience lash lift and tint and eyebrow tint & shape beautifully done then was offered a skin scan and some highly valuable advice about my skin and a course of action to assist repair sun damage and burst capillaries. The products I was offered were high quality with a simple cleanse tone and hydrate system with a retinol of high grade thank you to all the beautiful staff that gave me their time

The best beautician in Sydney. I will not go anywhere to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I am 53 so of course we start to go grey. Jasmine does amazingly at tinting those greys away. Thank you Jasmine, your a true artist.

Relaxing facial with great attention paid to my very dry skin. Karen immediately makes you feel relaxed and the products are amazing. Handy location with coffee shop nearby for a quick coffee.

I had 2 hours of blissfully relaxing facial treatments for Mother’s Day at OUCH Waxing Studio. I was feeling very flat when I walked into OUCH but floated on air when I walked out. It was a freezing cold day but the heater was on and Suzanne put a blanket over me, I think I nodded off at one point I was so relaxed. My skin has never felt better and I left with products and knowledge on how to look after my skin at home. I highly recommend OUCH to everyone especially tired mums who need a nap.
