Wonderful experience lash lift and tint and eyebrow tint & shape beautifully done then was offered a skin scan and some highly valuable advice about my skin and a course of action to assist repair sun damage and burst capillaries. The products I was offered were high quality with a simple cleanse tone and hydrate system with a retinol of high grade thank you to all the beautiful staff that gave me their time

Highly recommend Ivy. It’s the only place I will go. Kelly and the girls are very professional and really listens to your needs and knows exactly what treatment is needed. My skin has never felt and looked so good. The girls have your needs covered. So super happy with eyebrows and eyelash tint along with laser. I never thought my eyebrows can have potential like they do, honestly still in shock! Loved her work and will always go back to her 💕💕💕

As usual the service was excellent. I liked my brows, lashes, & nails. The girls were excellent. Suggestion: try interacting less with colleagues and more with clients. Not unless it is really needed. Also, for hygiene purposes, kindly use mask when doing lashes & eyebrows due to close contact or offer masks to the client if they are comfortable to wear it. If unavailable, try to keep conversation at a very minimal when doing the tasks.

Shital did an amazing job in doing extensions and Builder Gel application. Just the right shape and length, and thanks for threading my eyebrows. Will definitely be back Everyone in the team is so welcoming and friendly, and the customer doesn’t feel rushed.
