It was my first time visiting The Lash and Brow Gallery Malvern and I had such a great experience. I had my lashes tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Oscar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and Oscar was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took great care throughout the appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Oscar.

Almost 4 years of getting my lashes done here and the fabulous Rosie has kept my natural lashes in great condition while giving me a superior LED volume lash. Lash Envy is definitely the home of lashes and brows. Rosie has been fantastic to work with, keeping up with shifts in style of lash so that my lashes are always looking fresh.

From my first visit, she made me feel comfortable with a thoughtful consultation and honest advice. I had a balayage almost a year ago and it still looks amazing, growing out so naturally. I still get compliments and people asking where I got my hair done. Since then, I’ve been going back every couple of months for refreshes, regrowth colour and brows. She always listens, is patient and kind, and does everything so carefully. So glad I found her.

The cut was perfect, tailored to my hair type and the shape of my face. The overall experience was wonderful, they took great care of me, offered complimentary biscuits, and the head spa with the massage chairs was absolutely fantastic. The salon itself is elegant, minimal, and impeccably clean. The prices are genuinely fair for the quality of service provided. The result is a sublime colour and a look that truly suits me!
