I went for a haircut and blow dry and it was worth travelling an hour to this studio. Such warm and lovely people. Kate did my haircut and she exactly knew what I wanted and also guided me throughout on what might look good and how to maintain further. She is also so amazing to chat with and her years of experience and professionalism shows in her styling and service. Also, compared to millions of other “best in Melbourne” well known termed salons I tried, stardust studio was actually worth it and was budget friendly. I will be back every time I need a new me look💖😊

I’ve been coming to Hair by Hong, Oakleigh for over a year now and this is the only salon I come to while living in Melbourne. I have pretty thin Asian-style hair and I personally feel this is the only place who understands how to handle and cut my hair to my style/taste! My hairstylist is Bella, and she is amazing, always knows what I need! My experience has always been fantastic- from the front of house greetings, hair washed, and cut. It has been nothing short of professional and I always feel welcome. Such a friendly, comfortable, chic, & professional ambience and team!

Jasmine is a fabulous hairdresser. Technically her cutting and colouring is very high level but more importantly she really listens to what you want. She listens, reflects back and really ensures that you are going to be happy with your new hairstyle. Plus they have beautiful organic products for colour and styling. I highly recommend the salon.

I am very very pleased with my hair so much! Vera did such a great job! to fix my pre-box dye+home hair colour remover (it was patchy and lots of dead ends) but she managed so fabulously with knowing the history of my hair 🥹 I appreciate her patience and time she spent to fix my hair and that she was even willing to fix it. I absolutely love the colour I had ended up with. I went in not thinking I could go as light as I am. Yet she did it 🤩🤩 and my hair feels healthy and it’s so nice! Love Jess and how she transforms my hair with tape extensions. She's an expert in her field and I have trusted her with my fragile, thining hair for over a year now.
